After reading about the new recommended daily allowances on the US FDA website I was going to track these manually, but then found this app! It does all the tracking for me easily and I love how you see your daily progress visually in the plate. Super easy to use and motivating!
*the only thing I would ask to improve-I couldnt figure out how to add fats/oils so it would be counted in my calories for the day.
