This is a great app, as another reviewer mentioned, the idea behind it is great.. But a few comments:
• adjustable "plates" - if Im trying to increase my fruit and veggie intake and decrease my grain and dairy intake, Id love to be able to have that reflected on here so I stay reminded.
• add almond and coconut milk :)
• though yes, we shouldnt be eating candy and fats, sometimes it happens, and I think being able to see how much of our goal calories it takes up would deter people from eating them. Or at least me anyway.
Love it though. Excited to use it
